This begins with a cost/benefit analysis that saves you spending good money to repair bad tools.

Any repair or service we perform is guaranteed to your satisfaction. This guaranty extends, not only to Leuco tooling, but to repairs or service we make on any other manufacturer's carbide-tipped wood-cutting tools.

After cleaning and inspection, any missing, chipped or cracked teeth are replaced, and the blade then undergoes precision grinding on the face and top of each tooth. Our automatic equipment handles blades with diameters from 100mm to 800mm.

Running tolerances for outside diameter and side-to-side measure are assured within manufacturer's specifications.

After servicing, each blade is coated with a film of oil to inhibit corrosion and the blades are carefully packed for safe return.

Boring bits, drills and carbide-tipped cutter heads are ground to factory specifications on precision CNC equipment. If requested, shank-type tools can be ground in sets to specific dimensions.

After inspection, each tip or edge is dip-sealed in plastic to protect it during shipping, and the tool is oil coated to inhibit corrosion.
