LEUCO's state-of-the-art EDM/EDG machines for precision PCD service

LEUCO Australia have a complete PCD Service Station in our Sydney factory. The station is the largest and best equipped of its type in the country. This station has been set up with the customer in mind. There are four cutting machines to provide you, the customer, with the turnaround times you need to meet your market demands. Like most things these days, technology moves at such a rapid rate that newer faster machines are developed continuously and LEUCO Australia will always keep a step ahead of the rest. Our station is also set up for custom manufacture. We are successfully sending Australian made diamond-tipped tools into the market daily. The advantages to you are such things as short delivery times... specific tools for your requirements... the best quality. We have installed a CNC balancing machine so all tools are balanced to the specified standard and supplied with a certificate to help with your machine warranty. The station comprises state-of-the-art equipment from suppliers such as AGIE with the AGIE CNC Wire Machines, as well as VOLLMER, with its QM110 and Projection system, MITUTOYO 3-D Measuring Machine system.

All tools, whether a LEUCO tool or one from a competitor, will perform like new time after time, because of the high level of quality in both equipment and staff.

To gain maximum benefit from your tools, the quality of the sharpening is critical and best left to the experts.

SHARPENING
After carefully cleaning the tool, we thoroughly check the wear and the chipping, and decide to what degree the tool has to be resharpened... as much as is necessary, but as little as possible..!

Once the tool has been sharpened, it goes through LEUCO's stringent quality control- checking profile shape, dimensions, concentricity, and of course, finish.

The tools are dimensioned for your convenience, and delivered.
